You can request a refund When our team not meet the contract specifications (deadline, requirements, etc...)

What if I need to cancel the contract?

According to our rules, you can't cancel the contract in last stage, but you can cancel the contract before that.

In this case, you will lose the down payment, and we will refund the other payment.
